Studio A
Hourly rates start at $80/hr
4hr block rate $300 (same rate for mixing and mastering)
8hr block rate $600 (same rate for mixing and mastering)
Studio B
(for pre-production multi tracking and tracking live instruments including drums and brass instrumentation.)
Hourly rates start at $60/hr
4hr block rate $200
8hr block rate $400

An advance deposit of 20% of the estimated costs is required to book the studio. A 48 hour notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of recording, mixing or mastering session. If less than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given, you forfeit your deposit. The balance is due upon the conclusion of each recording, mixing or mastering session. Form of payment accepted are cash, check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express. All recordings remain the property of UNI Music Studios until balances are paid in full.
